Mark has been with Armstrong Massey since 2018 with over 40 years motor trade experience originally from Doncaster mark moved to Hull to run Trenton the Renault dealership in Anlaby Hull for a number of years he then moved to Hatfield’s running the Pickering Land rover dealership and there Jaguar dealership in Hull he has a vast knowledge of the car industry his hobbies include boating and walking.
Tim Popely

Tim is one of the longest servicing employees at Armstrong Massey with over 39 years’ service starting as a Jaguar Apprentice in 1984 at our York dealership he then became the service manager at the Land rover dealership in York for many years before moving to the Driffield branch he is a fully trained mot tester and has a vast knowledge of Land rover and jaguar. His hobbies include walking his two springer spaniels and fishing and water sports including kayaking at his holiday lodge near by
Gary Johnson
Forecourt Manager
Gary has been with Armstrong Massey for over 12 years he a great knowledge on the forecourt ensuring fuel deliveries arrive on time and that the shop is fully stocked with the correct produce he previously had his own business selling fastenings and moved from London to the more peaceful surroundings of Driffield his hobbies include is passion for golf and plays off a very low handicap winning a number of tournaments at his local club at Ganton
Neil Harness

Neil has been with Armstrong Massey since 1999 he previously ran his own Rover dealership in Hull he has a vast amount of experience being in the motor trade for over 55 years if there is a car you want Neil can find it his hobbies include live motor sport including formula one and rallying he competed in a number of rally series in his mini cooper’s rally car from 1964 to 1974 which he regrets selling now he enjoys his two grandchildren and music

Margaret is one of our longest serving staff starting with the original Mr Massey in 1981 in the Market Weighton dealership at which time they were selling Rover and Land Rover motor cars she later moved to our Land Rover Dealership in York before moving to Driffield which she has been here for over 25 years her may hobby is looking after her two grand children

Rachael has been with us for over two years and has great experience in looking after customers on the service desk she has a great knowledge of the Land Rover parts catalogue previously working for one of the largest parts suppliers locally her hobbies include keeping a number of her cars on the road including a land rover defender and mini copper s
Richard Lount

Richard has been with Armstrong Massey since leaving school with over 18 years’ experience in the repairs and maintenance of Land Rover and other makes and models he is a fully trained MOT inspector. His hobbies include taking his discovery 2 off road and his motorbike getting them as muddy as possible
Lee Whale

Lee has been with us over two years and brings over 25 years’ experience in motor engineering to us he has a vast knowledge of all motor vehicles as well as the motor industry he previously worked on aeroplanes building air frames for replica B26 Spitfires being built at a Malton Factory near us he has also vast experience in coach building in his previous role
Gary Gladstone

Gary has been with us since 2000 and has over 25 years’ experience in the preparation and cleaning of new and used vehicles including applying of ceramic coatings he runs the preparation centre and worked previously at our Land Rover Dealership in York for 12 years before moving to Driffield he runs the prep centre at Driffield and can literally make a used car look like new. His hobbies include running walking his dog and taking his family away camping in his numerous trailer tents he is also a keen pool player competing at a high level
